DEFINING THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Slumberkins is on a mission to empower parents and caregivers to teach little ones social-emotional life skills through their cuddly creatures and accompanying books. FIVE’s initial engagement with Slumberkins focused on customer persona development and journey mapping. The teams continue to collaborate to assess strategic product and marketing opportunities with an eye toward increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value as well as further differentiating Slumberkins from their competitors in the toy industry.
